We are off to Venice this week (sadly without Caroline this time) for a three day conference organised by Università Ca’ Foscari and Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana – Aldus Manutius and the Making of the Myth. Steve will be talking on ‘Manutius in Manchester: Merchant Collectors in the Nineteenth Century’.
This is part of a programme of events for 2015. A series of workshops are being sponsored by the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana, so a good year to be in Venice!
